5/12/2022 Waited 2 weeks to get in for an appointment after being put off the week before finally drove 4hrs there to my opointment to get a septic valve replaced and was told they didn't have the time and were backed up till July at the earliest for any work . When I was told on the phone they could fix it in 30 minutes or less . Anyway don't wast your time with these clowns bad business practices . Next time anyone calls in for work that needs done just say your booked full till July instead of wasting everyone's time and effort... Or here's an idea hire more people if your that busy and make a killing

We were able to get our travel trailer in on short notice. They diagnosed the problem quickly and ordered the parts. Once the parts arrived they were installed right away and we were good to go. The receiving of the parts, which I know is out of Sonny's control, was horrible. Also horrible was Sonny's customer service. Even they recognize that fault. I would call every week to find out about progress, and they would apologize for not contacting us. Even given their lack of communication, I would highly recommend them and use them again for any trailer problems we may encounter.

Sonny's RV saved our vacation! While traveling we had a hydraulic line on our motorhome break. We were referred to Sonny's. They fit us in on short notice. They quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and had us back on the road . The staff was friendly and explained to us the problem and what was needed to get it fixed. Thank you Sonny's.

Our trailer propane heater went out on us and we called Sonny's RV for assistance. Shaun helped us trouble shoot the "normal" issues but when that did not solve the problem he suggested we bring in the unit and they would trouble shoot for us. He walked us through the removal of the unit and we brought it into their shop, 30 minutes later we were on the way back to the trailer, problem solved.
