I scheduled our fifth wheel for some minor service which included replace wiper seals and replace a propane line. The Saturday before our service was scheduled one of out air conditioners quit working. On Monday when we arrived we were greeted by our service writer Ashley Richter. Ashley explained that the A/C repair could be added and she thought that the repairs could be completed in a day if the parts were in stock. The A/C and propane line were repaired in a day but the wiper seals needed to be ordered from DRV. Ashley arranged to have us stay in our fifth wheel in Bish’s parking lot which had power and water. The wiper seals arrived on Thursday afternoon. The installation of the wiper seals was started Friday morning and Ashley advised the work would be completed by 4pm. Ashley was very helpful and answered all our questions and kept us informed of the progress of the work being completed. The technicians that completed the work did an outstanding job and we could not of asked for better service. I definitely would not hesitate to return to Bish’s RV in Junction City, Ore for service on our RV in the future.

Bought our 2021 RV at Bish's Junction City in March of 2022; Ryan in Service has been our champion ever-since. He has helped us with some after purchase modifications, but mostly he's been our "go-to" for all rig operation questions and problems. He has successfully "troubleshot" several newbie and operator issues with us while we have been traveling and is our go to rig resource. Responsive, knowledgeable and patient! Great job Ryan!

James in the service department took care of us! Even though they had a full schedule, he personally said we could stop by for him to look at the issue. They got our trailer fixed right away. We were very grateful for his attention and service.

No, but if you buy from us you will get a comprehensive demonstration by a technician of all systems and important items in the vehicle. We also provide a folder with all necessary information and contacts. This takes several hours.
Yes, but if the fifth wheel doesn't have angled corners in the front, you would need to buy a "slider hitch" to prevent smashing into your rear window if you made any sharp turns. This is known as a "tight turning" feature on newer fifth wheel RVs.
No, but it may only be a bad thermostat that needs replacing. Not too expensive, or hard to verify. Please call Guaranty RV Service at 541-998-4285 if you would like to make an appointment.
They'll do a full RV, 2 hour inspection for $99. Propane system is included in that.
