The doctor was GREAT! Very nice and prompt when she was aware I had to get to work. The medical assistant that saw me to the room and took my vitals was RUDE and the reason for only 4 stars, I would have given less if the doctor wasn't amazing ! She only spoke to me when she asked a direct question, otherwise she completely ignored me. Do better, your patients deserve more.

I am extremely disappointed. I called to see if they could help my grandfather with an ingrown toenail. The woman said yes we can help with that, most definitely. I asked to make an appointment, she said an appointment was not necessary you just walk in. We get there and they have us wait for 3 hours. Then tell us they can't help us! Nobody there is qualified enough to help him... (?) He needs to call a professional toe doctor. Couldn't give us a referral. This isn't the first time we have waited for hours to be told they can't help us. Your better off finding a professional in the field you need help in. Make sure you have 3 to 5 hours to spare if you do go here with or with out an appointment.

Its not considered urgent care when you schedule a appointment for your 3 sick kids and they make you sit in the parking lot 3 hours after your scheduled appointment. THREE KIDS, age 1yrs old, 3 yrs old, and 7 yrs old. No updates about how much longer either, no consideration just only thing i get for a response is “just waiting on a room”. On top of sitting in the parking lot watching all the cars pull in and out after you plus several patients leaving from the side door but yet still no rooms! Now im taking my youngest to the ER hoping his sickness is not serious because we sat over at NOVA health all day my last option is only the ER. And the front desk staff had no care in the world either or had nothing to say not even SORRY how sad! If anyone knows how to turn people like this in please let me know. This is not quality care!

Although the clinic was quite busy with walk in emergencies they still got me in for my appointment pretty much on time and I did not have to wait very long for the Nurse Practitioner to see me. He addressed my concerns along with a check up. Got X-rays we decided I needed right there and then no need to make additional appointments. Usually faint when having blood drawn but their method was the least difficult I have experienced. Didn’t even make me a little dizzy.
