Ryan in the sales department was very helpful in getting everything taken care of and getting needed after sales repairs scheduled. Michael in the service department went above and beyond late in the day to get the trailer ready for delivery. The parts department was helpful but the prices are too high.

Just want to drop a line here to say our Family bought a used travel trailer in very good condition ( looks new) . Did a walk through with Aaron Hatcher to learn about it, he was fabulous, gave us great info. On our new purchase, after we got the trailer home and parked n hooked up we found it had a very bad water leak, Aaron didn’t hesitate to come to our home n look at it then come back the next eve and fix the problem at no cost to us. His service was 100% and explaining the problem was the same, such a kind human in what could have been a huge nightmare. Thank you Aaron for all your service and kindness. What a Angel, We ran a bit behind after getting our new trailer and getting our things from our old trailer transferred over, we were in the parking lot of the service department waiting and she came up to us and asked if she could help us transfer due to it being Fri late afternoon ( n we had lots to do) we said yes please, she stayed till the end…. We had lots of stuff …. We three worked together as a team …. Tired, hot n things were heavy…. Ashley never stopped nor complained, this is what I call above n beyond the call of duty. She then both days accompanied Aaron to our home to make sure all our needs were taken care of…. ? Who dose that :) Bish’s please know how thankful we are for these two team members of yours…. Great RV campground with on-site store for parts and equipment and propane. Good food at the cafe and willing to modify by request. Very helpful camp host, Jay, greeted me when I came in and helped me get set up.

Guaranty RV sells DEFECTIVE trailers. Purchased what we thought was a nice new 2019 Forest Glen travel trailer, what we got was a DEFECTIVE, poorly built piece of junk. It has been in for repairs since the day we bought it 3 months ago. This trailer has so many defects, I don't want it. I insist that Guaranty RV take this trailer back and refund my money. We have not had a useable trailer for 3 months. The service is terrible and I only assume this Forest River will still need repairs forever. Every seal leaks, doors are misaligned, loose and unbraced parts hanging down, even cracked door handles. Screws and nails sticking out and window frames are falling off the walls. Oven doesn't light, and water heater doesn't work, and A/C doesn't blow air into living area. There are parts missing, and the walls are all scratched up. I absolutely hate this unit and want it returned. Never buy anything from Guaranty, there is NO GUARANTEE!

We carry the Camco hoses up to -40 degrees. These have sensors throughout the hose so that if any portion of the hose is in the shade or covered, it will add additional heat to those areas of the hose. Most hoses only have 1 sensor, so only one uniform temperature throughout, regardless of whether the sensor is in the sunshine or not. Gee I Do not know, if you mean to buy. ad for the rv park at Guaranty, I do not think they provide heated hoses for your rig. We have no need for them in ours.

The park check in desk is inside the travel center store. The actual campground is behind the motorhome lot.
