I have never let me down in the 30 plus years of using them I've got stories but I've been in the middle of nowhere and they stayed open late so I can get a tire on a Sunday

Making an appointment for an alignment and new tires doesn't help when the employees don't do the order of process when making such repairs. I have been here for two hours and they expect it to take another 45 minutes. Les Schwab doesn't put any time frame on their website, nor do they tell you when they screw up and it's going to take more time. They have wasted my time, and inconvenienced me with no apology.. just excuses. I will happily take my business to their competitors, and save money as well.

We blew out one of our dually tires on I5 right before the Oak Grove rest stop. We spent the night and called Les Schwab in the morning. They came out, changed our tire right where we were, led us back to the shop, and balanced the new tire. They also made sure our other tires were all at the right pressure and were safe with good life left in them. Excellent customer service and great speed getting us back on the road! Thank you!
