The staff at 31 tonight has made my incredibly trying week with the devastating hurricane that has plagued of fellow Floridians. Katrina was completely professional and yet so friendly as if she was a family member concerned for our experience of the evening.

The bartender was great and made my drink perfectly, she was super inventive to my needs. The management came and checked to make sure we were taken care of. We enjoyed the service and the drinks and will be back for more!

I would enjoy an occasional cocktail at this place but the bartenders have to be the most unfriendly people ever. I have sat down and not been acknowledged at an empty bar, this has happened over 3x. It's sad to see a place not incorporate a six-foot rule with clients. Way too serious and unfriendly for the bar. There were a couple girls there a few months ago that we're much nicer. I have since preferred walkons bar and grill. The staff is always up beat and attentive. This message goes out to the management, a bartender can make or break a restaurant that is primarily driven by the bar. Out with the old and in with the new. Nice place but bar staff has to go. Need more friendly staff and attentive to the customer. I will check back periodically.

I was very excited to try this restaurant. However, I was let down. Food was “eh”. Definitely not worth the price. The Macho Nachos specifically were $15 and came very light on toppings. The service was terrible. We came when it was not very busy at all but the server left me without water from appetizer through the rest of the meal, we sat for around 7 minutes waiting for the box we asked for before even getting the check, getting the check also took forever, our kids never got the ketchup they asked for which we didn’t get the chance to remind her because she didn’t come to check on us one time after the food was dropped. I only ever saw her go to 3 tables so to the best of my knowledge she was not slammed. I would have had way more patience if that had been the case. Overall, we won’t be returning and nor should you.
