In May 2022 we decieded to shop for a Travel Trailer. J.D. Fay took our call, listened to what we wanted (must haves, nice to haves, etc.), then took me to look at inventory. Bishes had great selection and good prices. I left and shopped all the other RV dealers between Junction City and Eugene. I did not get the service that JD provided, nor the the selection from Bish's lot. That evening, my wife and I discussed the options and choose a unit from Bish's Lot. I called JD the next day, but that was JD's day off. Mark Larson stepped in and continued the excellent service that JD had provided. We were able to close the sale without any interuption in the buying process. A few days later, I came to Junction City to pick up our purchase. The Service Department, again, continued the excellent customer experence ( I do not remember the technicians name that helped me). He showed us how to operate all the electro/mechanical/physical systems of the RV Trailer. Answered all our questions and hooked up my tow vehicel while I went to meet with Marissa Ingram to get all the docuemnts signed. Marissa was very helpful in explaining everything and answered all the questions we had. It's been all most three months and two outings with our purchase and we are very happy with our purchase!!! Overall, I highly recommend Bish's RV for purchasing an RV. All the people (four) I interaced with were customer centric, patient, and extreemly helpful. The Inventory is large with room to walk around each unit. And the prices were great! Thank you Bish's!!! Rusty Root

We are so pleased with our experience at Bish’s RV in Junction City, OR. We first were interested in them because of their large selection and competitive prices. We live 6.5 hours away and I would say it was more than worth the two trips we made out there! The staff was all very friendly and knowledgeable, all the way from the sales team to our RV tech. They were willing to work with us and made the process as painless as possible. Lenora Colburn, our Sale Representative was on top of it. Before arrival she made sure to get all our preferred specs and pulled all the inventory worth checking out before deciding, which saved us a lot of time and trouble. Our Finance Manager, Erin Klein was also very easy to work with and was very accommodating. He made sure to answer all our questions and was very good at returning our calls. Delivery day is very involved and can take a while but with help of Marissa Ingram, it made getting around easy and fun. We were especially pleased by our RV technician Shawn. He was very thorough and took extra time and care to walk us through everything since it is our first travel trailer. Overall, we are very satisfied and highly recommend Bish’s RV to anyone looking for a great dealer! Also you get a lot of cool SWAG. ;)

Started working with Shane a few weeks ago. I knew exactly what I wanted and he was more than happy to find answers for me and create a video with Diana to show the rig to me. I was an out of state buyer and he never made me feel bad for that. Extremely fair pricing and respectful negotiations. 2 weeks after agreeing to purchase it, I flew in and picked it up. Everyone at the dealership is incredibly nice! I was immediately welcomed, given a gift bag, walk through of the unit from a gentleman that used to build Country Coaches and Monaco.
