Every single time I go to this location there is a issue. Common people it isn't rocket science. Have to pull into a wait spot every time. And again last night.. the kids were hungry and hot and sat there forever just to have them come to the car with someone else's food. Ugh. This location needs to step it up

I have been here a few times. Not a huge McDonald's fan, but when you want it you want it. AND MY FAMILY WANTED IT! I had hoped that they had improved since my last visit but I was severely disappointed. I made my order and even asked about something I didn't think I had recieved... I was the bone head in this one. I didnt notice all the other things missing from my order. So I took my order back into the store to have it fixed. The people behind the counter took my ticket and assured me that they would make my entire order again and get it right! Happy day! Not so much. They still didn't put the things I asked for in the order. I think that this location is not equipped to handle an order in excess of 15 dollars. $50+ really throws a wrench in the gears.

Drive thru wrapped around the building into the road. Parked and went inside. Wasnt even acknowledged for about 10 mins. The manager was screaming at the employees and when she saw the crowd of people in the lobby she screamed at us. She said yall just gonna have to wait until I can get this drive thru line down. Wow! Customer service here definitely leaves more to be desired. I would never recommend this location.

Went to this McDonald's twice on my lunch and my burger still came back raw ! This was the second burger I got ! Not very happy considering i didn't have much time on lunch so didn't get to eat my food!
