Why is the lights always on in am but no one is taking orders . Says open at 530 I don't get there until 545 to 550 and no one is taking orders. This is on a regular basis and I think that it is false advertising.

That is not false advertising they're supposed to be open and ready to serve customers at 5:30 am by McDonald's policy! I used to work as breakfast crew for one in Anderson for years when I was younger, they are not with holding McDonald's policy and need to be reported.
