This is a family owned business that does great work. They are not the cheapest, but the quality of workmanship makes it a great value.

Our trailer had a roof leak. We dropped it off early October. We were told 5-7 weeks because they were busy. They had our trailer almost 4 months and never covered it and never touched it. It sat for 4 months in the pouring down rain causing more damage consequently costing more money. Furthermore, we called 3 times for status updates and never got calls back. Had to drive by to find out it had been sitting in the rain the entire time.

I had a bad roof leak on my 5th wheel trailer. Guy was able to get it into the shop and dried out almost immediately. He had me come down to the shop and see what the problems were, what his plan was and what my options were. He finished the job quick and everything looks good. I'm glad that I called him.

Questions & Answers

I have a newer 34 foot Denali. The pull handle for the black water tank broke off. It has a cold weather package so it is enclosed and I am not sure how to get at it to replace it. Can you fix this and can you come out to my property to do it?

I am sorry we are not set up or insured to do mobile repair. We could take care of this for you but unfortunately we are scheduling into mid July, if you cant wait that long, there is a mobile guy we can recommend his name is Len # 503-409-6181. Good Luck & Thanks for thinking of us!

Can you replace an input fuel line (from the gas cap to the tank)?

No sorry we do not do any auto motive work, just the house portion. Try Cascade Pro # 503-769-3203

Do you recondition older 5th wheels, ie.. Structure and equipment? Do you go out to site or do I have to bring it in?

Hi Grant yes 80% of what we work on are the older units. New roofs, floors, walls etc we can do it. Unfortunately we are not set up or insured for mobile repairs. Give us a call or stop by and let us know what issues you are having. Thanks so much for your inquiry, Sherry Taylor, NW RV Repair
