Would give zero stars if I could. Severely understaffed, and the employees that are there are lazy, rude, and incompetent. Cannot do a simple thing like forwarding mail WHEN THERE IS A CHANGE OF ADDRESS ON FILE. Kept on looking at me with a blank stare, saying I will need to mail it to them myself. Just seems like they don't want to work. Employees here move with no sense of urgency, and seem upset that they have to be there.

Once again (at least the 10th time this year) the lobby is closed when we are supposed to have access to our P.O. Boxes. What's up with this location and being open during posted hours.

The place is strapped for resources and it shows in their attitudes toward customers. The person who helped me was mad that I didn’t bring my own tape to add a prepaid label to my package. It’s ridiculous. I wouldn’t use USPS if I wasn’t absolutely forced to for prepaid return.

I think the staff at this location are very friendly and efficient! Location is great!
