Some of the staff are not helpful!! If you buy Cosmetics they don't allow Return or exchange!!! MARVIN P The Manager doesn't know how to manage the Store and some of the staff are so rude!!!! POOR MANAGEMENT OF THE STORE !!!!

This store is hit and miss. Most of the time there isn't a wide selection of high fashion items. You can find the usual stuff, and the shoe selection is pretty slim. Overall it's not one of the best Nordstrom racks around, but it's the only one in fort Lauderdale. In fact the best part of this store is the trans (unsure whether -vestite or -gender) store manager (?) who is a BOSS and extremely professional. Good for Nordie Rack - MORE DIVERSITY.
