Positive: Clean Facilities, level sites, clean pool Negatives: customer service (not rude, just non existent, had some opportunities to correct things but they didn’t), traffic to and from rv park, very loud plane noise Just not really a good place to stay for a quick visit to Portland. Trust me on this, find a different place. Wish I had a recommendation but I have no knowledge of other options.

Bathrooms/showers clean, staff helpful knowledgeable and courteous, security on the job, heated pools inviting and crystal clear. Well lit at night, surrounding shopping mall very bright, military air patrol fly over and airport pattern has jets overhead during daytime hours some days. Nice gentle walking path along the River, pet friendly. Easy to forget your are minutes from city, walking distance to shoppes restaurants and bars. Nice neighbors at sites that came and went all week.

First of all, I’d like to say my family and I have travelled across most of the US staying in rv parks. THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE DIRTIEST AND MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE IVE EVER STAYED! Employees are extremely out of it, rude, and act as if they are on drugs! There was an overcharge of $225 that wouldn’t have been fixed unless we pressed the office for 3 DAYS to fix it. They were homeless people coming into our camp space(would sit down in our chairs and ask for alcohol and food)…around children and our family gathering!?!? We told many employees, which did nothing but argue with us. In the pool, this women was screaming at children to put there hair up and many other ridiculous ‘rules’ that I’ve never seen at a swimming pool😂 she also was cleaning the pool with a net right near children heads while swimming? Even though the location is nice, I Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy!!!

PART TWO During the pandemic they refused to open showers, bathrooms and laundry. This is understandable to a degree but once the entirety of Portland had reopened they still refused. For an entire year I had to travel to wash my clothes. This is a poverty stricken area, to deny access to basic needs like bathing and washing clothes is detrimental to children and elderly (whom many are here). These two groups of people need access to bathing facilities to stay healthy, kids had to go to school dirty. Not all RVs have showers. I personally know an elderly man who had to start showering once a week at most because he now had to leave the RV park, drive to a place that offered showers to truckers, and pay 10$ for just enough time to clean him self. That's 40$ a month this elderly man on a fixed income had to pay just to be clean once a week. Unreal. Speaking of clean, the cleanliness in this park and it's facilities is absolutely subpar. When I was using the provided showers, I noticed things were never very clean. I initially chalked it up to having so many visitors. Then, I purposely left trash, hair, or dirt somewhere in the bathroom. I came back 24 hours later to find it smelling of cleaner yet the trash I left is still present and my hair is left in the shower. I have a very distinct hair color I'm 200% positive it was my hair from the day before. The cleaning staff decided to shut the curtain and act like they cleaned. I've also had uncomfortable interactions where cleaning staff trys to hold conversations with people actively showering. Very unprofessional and uncomfortable. The park will infroce a curfew but will have construction start at 7 am, 2 hours before the front office opens (This happened on march 17th 7a.m. for reference). At 2 p.m. march 17th I called to ask when the construction would stop bringing up that it begun at 7 am. I was rudley spoken to and told the park needed to be upkept and that they will continue until it's done. I asked for time clarification and then they hung up on me. When I called back to ask why I was treated in such a way I was told to write it down and they would give it to the manager. Not a single care was given, the attitude resembled that of a joke. "Oh yeah just write it down and put it in the complaint box". We called the day we left to pay our bill and are told we owe two months worth of utilities. I knew this was absolutely incorrect and refused to pay it. Low and behold two months later I receive mail from this RV park stating that over the 3.5 years they over chraged us by 199$, so not only was I correct about our current bill but they had been charging us for bills we already paid and now has to refund us. Please keep track of allllllllll your invoices and payment documents . I will scream from my lungs how awful of a living experience this was anytime someone asks me. Please stay far away. They are not locally owned, last I was able to find out they are owned by a company in Michigan and they will tell you "they can't give you their number". This isn't true they don't want repercussions to managements poor choices. PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY.

I think there are people who do month to month. Not sure about tiny house.
We stayed there with a 1976 Holidaire Travel Trailer and we were fine 🙂

Last I heard was '03 and newer, but I've seen older ones in here, my old 5th wheel was a 93. I think as long as its in good shape they won't mess with ya. They don't check paperwork
Jantzen Beach is a great RV park. Good neighbors close to shopping and good restaurants. Easy access to and from the freeway. I pay 475.00 a month for my space plus electric. All other utilities are paid for including cable. Gas not included

Yes! Walk over and stand on the I5 bridge! Very cool experience!
I dont use it. Great reception for over the air local channels. Also, Wifi has been upgraded and improved over what it was.
They're open all year round winter spring and summer. Call them up for more informations. Friendly and polite.
Not sure if length has anything to do with it but usually around $35 a night.
Mailbox the pool free cable exercise room mailbox water and Sewer you pay the space and electricity it's very reasonable price
We were able to get a monthly spot last spring after applying 6 months prior. There is a new manager that has been cleaning the park and making many improvements. Rent was about $425 with power separate. Make sure everything is locked up.
No the island does have it Elementary School the closest one is on interstate and Columbia the mile away does that help.
