Jantzen Beach is a great RV park. Good neighbors close to shopping and good restaurants. Easy access to and from the freeway. I pay 475.00 a month for my space plus electric. All other utilities are paid for including cable. Gas not included
Very noisy airports close bye had airplanes going by all night..
There is usually a waiting list for monthly. A fifth wheel is common there
