Wow! What a change from 10 years ago! This is no longer on my list of least likely places to be in my life! No druggies no criminals! What I found was a community of very nice people, some of which are on fixed incomes, some low income, some in manufactured tiny homes that line the front row! This is one of portlands rare affordable living areas that our mayor has saved from future developer's and money hungry outta towners who want to purchase this seven million dollar property to make a billion off of! This place moves me so much that I have been involved in volunteer work with the help from the In Living Cully, neighborhood association type of non profit, to help some residents at the Arbor, who need repairs, get with the people who are qualified to do the work. Way to go portland for cleaning up this beautiful area for such wonderful people!

Just moved out after 4 years of nightmares.let me tell you about fir grove rv park.first of all the good reviews are from management and employees. In the time we lived there, the owners tryed to sell me a stolen rv,a mans head was blown clean of his neck 20 feet from my frount door.We took management to small claims for bad business practices and won a lawsuit.they cut corners when ever they can.from dead trees that fell on a home and killed a tenent.💉 s everywere.mail boxes broken into,Landry stolen, electricity shut off due to lack of care,or management forgot to pay the bill. This place is the worst place i have ever lived.they even passed out evection notices to everyone before a city inspection so they clean there yard.so many problems to list i cant even remember all to list.everything i said is tru so go ahead rent that $500.00 a month space and see how it gos for you.

Went over there the other day to drop a friend off with their friend and I mean I know its a bad area but there was actually a guy walking around trying to sell meth and dope to anyone who he could catch the attention of. He was a young guy looked clean and nice but he was with an old man and it looked as though they were a couple. I don't even know if that young guy was of legal age because it didn't look like it. So not only is there a heavy drug presence but pedofiles just roam free with their prey. Definitely not a safe place for kids and scary to be around even for an adult. Very filthy and glass all over and cigarette butts definitely the worst area I've ever had the misfortune of visiting.

I mind my own business. I believe that we are all struggling to make ends meet and pay bills. This place may have issues and it's not the hilton. It's simply a place to park my trailer and make the best of a bad situation.meaning it does not get any lower this this place. Options are not realistically available due to limited monthly income. Now if there was the option to leave and a place to move my trailer HELL YES and not bother looking back at slum lords greediness. As a reminder the definition of slum lords is minimize work and maximize profits, with no intentions of accommodating the renter or tenants needs. The owner strickly focuses on personal gain.

Yes

How much is it to park your rv?

It depends on how long, how much electric you use, if you need a key for the bathrooms or pets. If you need all these and we're staying at the monthly rate it will probably be something between 500 and 700 ( depending on your electric ) but this is just my past experience, it may have gone up being that I think there is a wait list now. The manager does run multiple parks that are in the same area so it will be best just to call and discuss it with her.

Do you accept older rv

Depends on how much older but more relaxed than other parks, not sure if there's any empty spots, the best thing would be to call with the specific year and to ask about a wait list.

Not that I know of, but they are in the middle of the new Owner (St. Vincent DePaul) taking over and getting a new Manager, they have a temporary Manager right now. Definitely get on the waiting list if they have one set up.
