*Updated on 6/28/2022* After a homeless camp established residence on 157th which runs parallel to Tall Firs I seriously considered lowering my rating, however, just recently after a feature story on the local news that included the manager and some of the residents explaining to the reporter that the police and city were doing little to nothing to address the situation. The camp continued to expand for a time. However, within days of the report airing, the city finally took action and the camp and residents within were relocated, to where I cannot say, but Central City Concern played a role in that and the cleanup afterwards. Now I can say that things are, for the most part, back to normal due to the team effort of the residents and the management. Kudos to all involved! 👍🏻👍🏻 *Updated on 7/28/2021* Still making improvements, though I'd say it's heading in a positive direction. A change in management occurred not too long ago and seems to have had a positive effect this far. However, it is located in Southeast Portland neighborhood that I can only describe as being a little rough around the edges. Comparetively speaking though, I'd say it's a fairly mellow atmosphere once you're on the property and off of Division Street. The management lives on site year round should you ever have need, and the park's residents, at least from my experiences, seem to be a very diverse, respectful, kind and courteous group of citizens that look out for one another, which is the way it should be. I'm raising my score from 3 stars to 4 due to the improvements I've witnessed over the last couple of years, and if it remains an affordable place to live while continuing to contribute to the improvement of not only the park's liveability and beautification, but also to the neighborhood as a whole, then I see no reason why Tall Firs shouldn't get that fifth star in another year or two's time, keep up the good work! 👍🏻 👍🏻

Absolutely the worst place to park your trailer or mobile home! Junkies, homeless, derelict alcoholics, and people I wouldn't trust with my dog!! Do yourself a favor and RUN AWAY

A friend of a friend lived there. He suffered a long illness and then died there. It was sad. But I saw a few sweetly decorated homes there and spoke with two of his kind neighbors. The management came off a bit heartless, they were impatient with having his belongings removed and my friend was packing while greiving. But, he may not have been a sympathetic tenant in life.

Good little rv spot. Rent was reasonable you pay for trash, power and mail if you want mail you have an option to not pay for mail. They did raise the rent once for the 13 months we stayed there. The manager does want you to use pvp pipes for your sewage hookup. They did repave the roads in the park. Rv parks is quiet but there is your traffic noise and surrounding apartment noise. Overall nice place to stay I would definitely stay here again.

Korey Ned is correct. We do not have mobilehomes, RVs, or tiny homes to rent. Our business is renting a space to people who own those.
We accept Park Models that are 2010 or newer and certified as built to the ANSI and NFPA standards for recreation vehicles.

I've seen both campers and fifth wheels there. 2010 is the oldest year but they may compromise if in really great condition.
That's before "tiny homes" ... But it must have been built to ANSI and NFPA standards for RVs ... So that rules out a home-built ....
