what are the spaces rented for? is everything included in that price and do you have all the hook ups water, power, gas?

Last time I was there, you have water and electric hookups but I think they're extra on top of the rent (no idea how much that is now). Sewer connection included via pipe or hose. I don't think natural gas is available. Use your own propane tanks.
