It is pretty nice and quiet here, most the annoyances actually come from the neighboring trailer court, which consists of revving engines all night on occasion, someone playing the drums for hours, yelling and occasional loud music. In the summer there is also events at the nearby park which is disturbing the peace, that's temporary. If you can't stand listening to train horns and fighter jets and sounds from the street, this is a bad place to be in because that never stops unless you have soundproofing. Most residents have built a community where they all work together on projects and needs and they all look out for those who can't defend themselves or need a hand. Only very few people aren't a part of the community and usually it's because they have done it to themselves, by being bitter, falsely snitching, lying, gossiping or feeding feral cats on other people's lots or tweaking, you can't really have a place like this without these types, but it's very mild compared to other places I've been to, just find out who's who and you're golden.
