The entire staff is great. Friendly and make you feel like the are genuinely concern about your wellbeing. I had a root canal done on my lunch break and was able to go back to work and finish out my work day

Updating as of 1/12/21- Not sure if they are still open after shutting down last spring due to the pandemic. I had an appointment which I called to change, and no one answered the phone. The line was rerouted to the UWS office, and no one answered that line either....or returned the voicemail. I sent in an inquiry through their website which was also not replied to. Long story short, I have found a new dentist now. Have been coming here for 10+ years. Convenient location and always on top of contacting you to set up your next appt. I have had a few dentists at this group and all have been professional and respectful.

Another great visit today with Dr. Ndjo. He truly does treat his patients like people and not numbers. As always, he was patient, gentle, understanding and let me ask all of my questions. Most importantly he reassured me that he would be there for me again in the coming months as we wait on the insurance company red tape. Thank you Dr. Ndjo!!!

I've been trying to get an appointment for my daughter for over a week, she had work done on a molar about a year ago and now she is having discomfort and there is a black ring on her gum-line circling the molar..The website says they were reopening for patients June 13th (due to COVID) I have called both the 800 number and the specific number to the Hauppauge/Smithtown office and left messages on both with detailed information, gave my cell # and email address both lines 4 times. I have emailed the emergency email address provided as well as the one specific to the office 3 times on both with a picture of her tooth, my cell and email again and have not heard anything at all from anyone in over a week. Maybe it is not considered an emergency, but at least give me the courtesy of a call/email back, or update the site info if they are not actually seeing patients yet. I really wasn't thrilled with our last visit (my kids had wisdom teeth pulled) to be honest, but since she already has a record with them I figured I'll reach out to them but I think it is a lost cause. With everything so stressful we are very worried about trying to be sure we stay healthy and I'm very worried about something bad brewing in my daughters gums and and very, very disappointed with the lack of care from "Concerned" Dental Care..

Routine dental checkups and professional cleanings help ensure your smile remains in tip-top condition and that any developing problems receive the prompt care they require. While it’s a good idea to schedule a checkup and cleaning twice a year, longer or shorter intervals between routine visits depend on your specific needs.
