New owner's now,so no fkn maintenance person. So any needed repairs take months. And they haven't in 3 and a half years gotten rid of the drug addicts or any of the many squatters. Pretty dismal place.forcce out to bring in method labs S

I understand this rv park is for sale. Owners live in san francisco i understand and are very anal. Gangs, shootings, cops through here all the time, vandalism of property, break-ins, druggies, high crime area, owners have only done maintenance that they had to, been here almost ten years and have offered to sell my place back to them. So far no offers, but they keep harassing me trying to get me to move out. Have had to get an attorney involved several times. Next, will have to get both my attorney and the ACLU involved as I am a 100% disabled vietnam era veteran. All they need to do is buy the place back and I will be glad to see this place in my rear view mirror. I can't post this review without giving it at least one star or I wouldn't even do that.

I love here and many improvements have been made. There are a few problem places in here but I know the manager is in the process of kicking them out. Overall I feel safe here and most of the time it's quiet and I love the trees and squirrels that's come visit!

No 3 bedrooms sorry
You should call the office. I think we have tiny homes for rent.
Sorry I'm confused a little bit by your answer Roman Walls, what exactly do you mean by saying both yes and no to my question I had asked on age limitations on RVS and trailers at this specific park? And are you serious it's only $69.99 a month to rent a space there that's an insanely good deal, what's the catch? Lol.
No.
The owner of this park is money hungry. They've raised my space rent from $515 on 10/1/2016 to $660 as of 12/1/2018. They have tried to take half my parking area away that I've had for over 11 years so they can put a tiny home next to me. I'm 74 yrs old and disabled. No disability ramps etc here. I've been in the hospital for almost 2 months because of the stress they've caused me. I should have been dead but the VA doctors somehow have finally gotten me mobile even though I have to use a walker and wheelchair now. What happened to me is all on the fir haven owner and Cheryl walker.
This is mobile/trailer park.
