I lived here for almost 3 years. I bought my home from a very nice lady, I sold it to a person I knew who needed it, just like the other seller did to me. My complaint is they charge so much lot rent. It's unbelievable. Right now I pay 300 more of my mortgage to the lot I was, in this park. One more thing, why would I pay for the water evenly as the houses that has 4 children. When there is only two people in my home? I gave the manager 2 stars in this park.
