I had good experiences in the past. I've spent a fair amount of money on opticals here. The representative on the phone was condescending and didn't seem interested in my business. I explained my scenario of being in a pinch with broken glasses, he laughed the scenario off. I'll take my business elsewhere.

I don't even have my glasses yet and my experience the doctor and all of the staff has been amazing. Super-knowledgeable, great listeners, beautiful selection of frames, and they didn't try to outsell me at all. The exam was thorough and I know more about my eyes than ever.

Yes, there is parking in the back of the building designated Richmond Retail. There is also free street parking in front of the office on Division Street or on the side streets (41st and 42nd) on either side of the building.
Hello Hollie, If you had an exam at our office already, we'll have your prescriptions on file and you can pick it up at the office or we can send it to you. We're closed today for Presidents Day, but otherwise we're open Monday through Friday 9AM-4PM.
We accept the Providence OHP plan, we do not accept Care Oregon OHP. The Oregon Health Plan provides routine vision exam coverage and eyeglasses only for people under twenty- one years old or for pregnant women of any age.
