Gary is very knowledgeable and professional. He took his time to find the best way to treat me and customize my treatment. I highly recommend him.

I went to Gary for about 7 months. Gary has been the best when it comes to my lower back pain, and neck pain. He’s been there every time I needed him. Even if I didn’t have anything scheduled, there was time when I needed massages the very next day. He helped me every time. Couldn’t be more thankful for Gary. I would recommend him 100%

I have seen Gary one time and I bought three more visits, after that one time. I have bursitis of the hips, and could not walk up stairs with my left leg, because my hip hurt terribly, until my visit with Gary. He also worked on other issues I was having, like with my back, and I have less back pain as well. He also gave me tips on what I can do, at home, until I see him the next time. He did an awesome job, was very professional and just a great massage therapist. Like I said, I bought three more visits, which he gave me a great deal on. He was very fair on the pricing, for me. Every person is wired differently and every situation is different. I am definitely going to be going to Four Seasons Massage for all my aches, pains and just to have a wonderful massage when I feel the need to unwind. Thank you very much Gary, for your help.

I got rear ended on the highway and have severe neck and arm pain as well as a constant throbbing headache. Just had my first session with Gary and am now able to move my neck without significant pain and my headache is only mild. I can hardly wait for my next appointment. Thank you Gary! I am so happy to have found you! -Liz

I incorporate movement techniques during hour massage aided by cupping and IASTM which simply promotes healing much faster so you can go back doing the things you love to do.
I coined a term Rehab Massage. I specialize in pain management and muscular dysfunction. It’s amazing with the right techniques how your pain can improve.
Yes. See New Client Special post. $25 off your first massage.
It varies but I generally tell folks if you are new to massage it takes about 4 hours until your back to normal, table time, more if it’s a more sderious injury.
I do traditional cupping like most, but I also add, flash cupping (where I attach and then release the cup quickly), and sports cupping (where I add dynamic movement), in fact I use dynamic movement a lot it seems to resolve issues much more quickly. I also do IASTM instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization ( scraping to pull toxins out of the muscle tissue, and yes I add dynamic movement to this also).
It's goal focused as I want to ensure that you gain benefit from coming in and getting treatment.
