They wear masks and clean tables immediately after guests leave. There are stickers on the floor to practice social distancing. The booths in the bar area all have large partitions so you can't even see anyone in front or behind you.
We have always had robust quality assurance and safety standards in place and continue to follow guidance set by the CDC as well as our Total Quality and Food Safety Team. As a result of COVID-19, we have reinforced our standards and added new preventative steps, including all employees wearing masks or face coverings, everyone completing a wellness check, including a temperature check, upon arrival to work and frequent use of disinfectant. For our guests, in addition to providing hand sanitizer stations around the restaurant, we are also minimizing touch points, including single-use menus and QR code-enabled menus and pay-at-the-table technology.

I have made reservations a few times. What a waste of time, the last three times I stood outside for over an hour past my reservation time. Said I would never go back and I won't. St. Johns and Crystal River Seafoof is as good if not better and I've never stood in line. Red Lobster is over rated and over priced.
