I do not like the guy in the first house on the left. He tried to low ball me by telling me to "get a job" while trying to make somewhat of a living off collecting cans n bottles for deposit return..

Well kept mobile park. Friendly neigbors. Only thing about this place that grinds my gears is that they cant have ponds,pools, or even hang dry your clothes on yout porch. They have really strict living policies. Not worth living here if you going to be told what to do 24/7 and have people and property managers taking pictures of your mobile. Very strict rules coming with living here.

A beautiful park, it's well maintained and quiet. A great place to live. But the speed bumps are awful. Unfortunately a necessary nuisance. I visit my Aunt about once a month and it always looks well kept. I would recommend it if you are interested in moving there. Affordable, quiet, beautiful, close to the freeway, schools, stores, etc.

This is a mobile home park. Only people who live here can store r.v. or cars.
