We were able to get a monthly spot last spring after applying 6 months prior. There is a new manager that has been cleaning the park and making many improvements. Rent was about $425 with power separate. Make sure everything is locked up.

I stay there so I know what I'm talking about and there is a two-year waiting !so many applications for monthlys but you can go weekly for 2 weeks then leave for 24hrs before returning for 2 weeks more. Providing they have spaces. Also they background background checks on monthly applications. The police sometimes come in to go door-to-door checking IDs. Just kidding about the police but the rest of its true. It's a great place in my opinion the best in the Portland area.
Yes they do rent monthly 425 and the electricity is separate cost.
