My sister and I stayed here recently after our concert at xfinity. We were highly disappointed in the condition of the hotel with the price we paid. Upon arrival, the elevators didn’t work which was a big inconvenience considering it wasn’t mentioned. The back door was inaccessible from the outside even with a room key. The overall condition of our room was poorly cleaned with body hair, stains and holes all over the bathroom. The toilet ran on and off all night. It sounded like whenever someone else in the hotel flushed the toilet it would make a noise and it was non stop which resulted in us not being able to sleep. I would not recommend this hotel due to the condition of the overall property.

Checked in and went in Suite and it was barley cleaned, soda cans on table that were empty, Another can on ledge. Then the worst a mouse!!! I went to desk told them the issues and checked me out. Come to find out they never checked me out, they canceled my reservation like I was never there! As a diamond member still never got a call from the GM after speaking with Corporate, as well as elevator didn't work, come to find out from FD Christian it hasn't worked in a month. This place is filthy!!! Obviously they don't care about cleanness especially with Covid. Not even offered reward points.....

The room was clean but was dated. No toilet paper holder. Small bathroom. Hallway smelled of pot even though suspose to be smoke free. Hairdrier made weird noise and thought was going to catch on fire. Had to ask for face cloths and hand towels. One of the elevators wouldn’t stop on our floor. The first day for breakfast was out of almost everything. No yogurt, bananas, spoons, muffins and the bagels were bad.

Positive: Nice room/suite setup, soft sheets and towels, tasty hot breakfast daily, good water pressure. Negative: The cable/satellite TV did not offer a lot of channels, the channels did not match the guide so trying to find shows was hard, the remote controls were dated and a little bit difficult to use. The dryer in the guest laundry room tore 4 of my shirts
