They installed my Electrolux central vac system 18 years ago and have been nothing but satisfied with it. I have continued to buy the bags from them but recently the hose hangar, which was plastic, broke and no longer would hold the hose. So I went down and Jesse talked to me about the options and then went into the back room and gave me a metal one at no charge and told me if I didn’t like it I could come back and order one. Thank you Jesse, it does the job!!!

Don't bring your vacuum to this place! I dropped my Kirby ($1200) vacuum off for repairs in February. They said that they would call me when the vacuum is ready. They NEVER called and when I called 4-5 times during the ensuing 2 months, I only received the old run-around. This guy quit, this guy has covid, it will be ready in a couple of days, etc. Well, I stopped by today in Person and they can't find my vacuum! The owner said they will call me in a couple days with a used replacement Kirby. I really loved my old one that they lost, plus it cost me $1200! Also, the owner said they are not responsible for lost items after 30 days (back of the ticket stub), so it looks like they gave away my old vacuum. The whole place seems screwy, stay away from this place!

We dropped a vacuum off to be fixed over 3 months ago and we're still waiting. Multiple calls and assurances that it would be fixed soon, he would call us back, etc, never came true. We're going to pick it up and go somewhere else. Very disappointed with the lack of service and/or response to our calls.

(DONT TAKE MY WORD FOR IT, READ HIS ONLINE REVIEW) Rick, the owner, is a user and a liar. My father is a very well respected business owner, who engaged in business with Rick. He provided leeway in terms of payment, as Rick claimed he was experiencing financial hardship, down to claiming his circumstances led to his business phone being shut off. That was not in fact true. His business phone was called the next day, and guess who answered? Him. Instead of taking accountability for the $1200 he owes my dad for the work my father did for him, he decided to get combative, offensive and disrespectful. DO NOT do business here. This man is thoroughly dishonest and an absolute scam artist. He threatened to call police for harassment, while my father was PASSIVELY waiting for the compensation he was due, as a business owner. No harassment whatsoever. Rick…this is for you. Go ahead with that. You will embarrass yourself further and dig your hole deeper. My father is a hardworking, HONEST MAN who HAS NOT (nor should he have to) CHASE his money. But you are despicable and should NEVER be in business
