I called to resolve a billing question, and the young lady who took my call was extremely courteous, friendly, professional, and helpful. We have been TLC customers since 1980, and this is mostly why. There are lots of fuel oil providers, but in over 42 years, every interaction we have had is just like this. We never run out of oil, since they track degree-days accurately, and their service people are equally excellent. For almost 40 years we kept heating and A/C maintenance contracts with them, and our system never broke down. The only reason we stopped was our 40 year old system finally died from old age, and our new one is under warranty with the provider. This is a rare thing these days, an honest company that actually cares about its customers.
