Negative 3 stars for the Vietnamese employee who works at the fingerprint station. Although he is a Vietnamese himself and so we are, he discriminated my dad because my dad cannot speak English. He kept complaining that my dad didn't understand him. He even gossip loudly in English about my dad's language capability while we were still there. Is it a right thing to do as an official of The United States of America? 5 stars for the rest of the team

Agree with most of reviews. Staffs are very supportive and quick. I was able to complete 3 dependents bio-metrics in 20 mins and dropped kids to school without being tardy, even though I had 8 am appointment.

FIRST AND FOREMOST READ YOUR NOTICE. THERE IS INFORMATION CONCERNING THE PROCESS FOR RESCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT. It really depends on what you are being processed for. If it's a USCIS application you may be able to process early if you meet certain criteria. In your case you stated you would be out of town. If you can show a travel itinerary the officer on site will confirm the travel, if our numbers are down for that day you MAY get processed as a walk in. NO GUARANTEES. COVID protocols are still in force. If you are sick and show up,.you will be told to leave
