We had a wonderful experience from the test drive to the purchasing of our Grand Cherokee L. Devon was fantastic, very personable and honest. We communicated well and he explained everything so that I knew exactly what we were getting into and how much it was going to cost. The entire staff from Frankie in Finance to Domenick, the Delivery Coordinator who showed us all the bells and whistles our new Jeep had!! Would highly recommend!!

In this current car market, I have experienced a lack of compassion in other dealerships. Dealers know that their new cars will sell and don’t really care about anything else. Gengras was not that way at all and working with Mo Salama was easy and efficient - he understood that I didn’t have hours to spend and made very good use of his and my time.

My experience with Gengras was very good. Mo Salama was my salesperson and helped me through the buying process of a 2022 Ram 1500. He was outstanding throughout the process. Although we couldn't find a Ram that met my needs on the lot, we did work together and configure a new truck order that was exactly what I was looking for. The truck took 3 months to be delivered, but Mo kept me well informed of the status and answered all my questions. When I went to pick up my new truck (and turn in my trade) the entire team at Gengras did an outstanding job and I was very satisfied with everyone's professionalism. Jacob did a great job helping to get familiar with the truck and all set up with uConnect and Frankie was super efficient and helpful finishing all of the finance portion. There was one issue that frustrated me significantly and that was the truck I had ordered back in Oct 2021 was to have power folding mirrors, but at some point in Nov/Dec Ram stopped putting them in this model and I did not find out until I went to pick up the truck. It was an option that I really needed to more easily pull into my garage. This is not an issue with Gengras or Mo, but something that Ram needs to do better at communicating and compensating for a feature that they remove after a purchase. As far as Mo and the team at Gengras, I would highly recommend them to anyone buying a new vehicle (and trading in theirs as well).

Mo Salama my sales representative at Gengras was outstanding! Mo was knowledgeable and explained every important detail that I needed to know. Everyone I worked with at the dealership was extremely professional and personable, not all dealerships are like that. I highly recommend going to Gengras for all your Dodge, Chrysler, and Jeep needs. The staff does not pressure or try to sell you something you don’t want.
