They had just updated their inventory and thus their stock was updated and correct. This sucked for me cause they didn’t have the water-solvable fabric marker I NEEDED for the new craft I wanted to learn but just thought of 1 hour earlier. HOWEVER! I did find one in the clearance section so that was cool.

I used to look forward to shopping there. I beleive it is a store where only the creative thrive , what is purchased is really as limiting as an imagination. Basic people will waste thier money there. That being said The store itself, isn't dazzling or exciting . I'm ready for a better experience .

They seem to come through with what I need and when I need it. Have 2 kids that love artsy crafty stuff and we've usually found more than we went for. Always clean and friendly service. A shame they're not a bit closer to home...its almost 1/2 hr one way into traffic mess.

We recently purchased a picture frame and the hook was defective; it loosened and the frame crashed to the ground. I called the store & the manager was very kind & understanding. Not only did she replace the frame, she attached some new heavy duty hooks to the back so I wouldn’t have the same problem happen again. Excellent customer service.- Sarah P.
