It’s OK, the store is definitely a last resort. Look around before buying or renting here. The prices change constantly so one day you’re paying 100 a month and then when you called two days later the price is suddenly up to 180.

First off all they were hours late on my delivery for a “lightly used” king size bed. Then they forgot the slots to put the box spring and mattress on. The bed was in terrible condition for “lightly used” and I called back to request a whole brand new set. Everything is used including the mattress. It has been a week and they still have been unable to bring the next set because the manager over rode my bad credit, so I guess I’m not entitled to good customer service because of that. I still don’t have the slots either and my box spring and mattress are on the floor in the middle of the bed set. I have been talking to rent a center and they have way better customer service, deals and I am going to go through them. I filed a complaint with corporate because it was just that bad and they will decide if they will give me a refund (I paid 2 months) or not. Hopefully they do because this was the worst agreement I ever made. Poor credit or not it was over ridden and I am entitled to good customer service and getting what the hell I paid for. I will never go through Aaron’s again. They act like they’re the ones paying you.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had with any kind of business. They call almost every day. They’ll keep your card info without your permission and charge it whenever they want too. They think that you’re obligated to pay a full monthly payment to them every day. I paid them one day and they called me the next day. & it’s not like they’re pleasant when they call either they are rude as hell. I can’t believe I even wasted any money with them. The things they do can’t even be legal. There’s nothing in the world that is even worth dealing with these people. Please don’t even look at this store maybe the other locations are better but this one needs to be closed immediately.
