The ladies who helped me were very kind and patient. I went in with anxiety and came out with a weight lifted. I am truly grateful for all the help.

Estate division are a bunch of crooks, they make the process as difficult as they possibly can, better be prepared as these people lack basic common sense

It has been a nightmare I had a judge sign off to drop child support person from here says it stops automatically which isn't true it's been two months then I hear I'm in arrears a year later and owe money yet not a single email or paper stating that not only that but wouldn't give me dates. Missed you guys are a bunch of crooks that refuse to help I've even been hung up on in the middle of trying to figure what to do just to find some dates and information it should not be this difficult

Do not expect a phone call to go through. However, if you are looking for information on how judicial members used to travel around the state (spoiler... on horses) I recommend remaining on hold for half an hour on any of their lines. Don't worry though... they will drop your call and make you start over so you never forget those interesting horse facts.

I think the health department would be a better place to start as long as you got proper documentation stating relation to person on the certificate (I'd birth certificate social Security card etc), I was in DC but that's where I got my mother's when she passed and pricing I believe the original was free but for a copy should be at max $35/$45
$225 no personal checks. Processed in room 107
You can obtain a lawyer or go to the clerk of court and they will explain how to file if you are going to file yourself.
Report to the Courthouse, 2nd floor room 211, they will give you a new court date, 8 am to 4 pm
