This facility is not convenient or friendly, how can you only take appointments!? If your business is called fast med or urgent care take urgent walk ins!! Misleading!!! Never again I saw many people turned away who needed care!

I had called and they schedule an appointment for my son. When arrived I called to ask where were they located next to and the lady who answered told me they weren’t seeing patients. I let her know someone scheduled my son for that day at 11:30. She then said well the provider didn’t show. I told her why didn’t i receive a call to let me know this instead of driving 25 min for nothing. She then went on and said that “they” said they called you. I let her know well no one called me can I please reschedule. She made me an appointment for September 5th @ 2pm. Again I drove back another 25 min just to find the clinic closed and again no phone call letting me know, which my child was scheduled today for an appointment that she made for me over the phone that once again the provider did not show. I will not be trying to make any more appointments here. I can’t even make a review about the clinic it’s self because I never even made it in through the door 😂. They are very unprofessional and have no courtesy to give patients a call to let them know that the provider did not show and to reschedule the appointment. If I can give negative stars I would.

Made an appointment less than 24 hours before being seen, and spent maybe 30 minutes in the office total for check-in, vitals, speaking with the RNA, as well as seeing the provider. Bianca was so nice (and funny!) & Lisa Gross was awesome too. Short, sweet, and to the point for a basic sick visit.
