From my experience with Kerry and Attny Roberts, the Child Support agency is more concerned about getting your case out than justice. If your case worker shows incompetence earlier and isn't representing what you need, request a change immediately. You will be told the CS attorney doesn't represent you, but suddenly in court, someone that you've never spoken to is going to "represent" you. You're treated like a mere statistic, unheard and they don't advocate for you at all. Get a lawyer if you can. The judicial system is highly flawed and unfortunately little children's livelihoods are caught in the imbalance of power, politics, socioeconomics and prejudice.

Was told invalid information regarding a case. Took them two years to rectify it.

I have had nothing but good experiences with this office. My case worker Sherby Hudson has always been prompt when I have had to contact the office and speak with her. Even via email, she gets the job done. She deserves a raise for all that she does! I have had her for years and she is always the same! If I was able to give her 20 stars I would! Thank you for all that you do Ms. Hudson! Also, when I have called in my representatives have been great no issues at all! Always nice and pleasant!

Non-custodial parent went 4months without paying due to not being gainfully employed. They lowered the payment by 75% and he paid it for a few months and then nothing for the past 3 months. I call because I found out that he has another job. I'm told that if he actually has a job then I would have to request recalculation and could end up with less if they find that he doesn't have the job or is unable to verify income (due to working under the table) but I would have to wait for the case worker to call me back which doesn't seem to be high on her list of things to complete lately. --- update --- Still no contact back from the caseworker. They sent him a letter and he has started back making payments in the lowered amount.

I want to se mi son
No
I will guess and say no. Reason being, I went trying TO PAY child support and it's not as easy as it should be. They will need to prove paternity, they will need to contact the other parent, etc. Like i said, I was wanting TO PAY child support and it's been a month and they are still shuffling paperwork. Your mom or dad will most likely have to apply on your behalf. The application fee is $25.00 cash at the time you apply. Good luck
I would call the worker and ask
They may be able.to do a location through postal like did my childs father if you know city and state of residence at least if im not mistaken but if able to somehow get the address I recommend doing so. As long as he does not deny being parent and case is set up you can shortly after birth. If denied u will have to go through dna testing
I dont think so.. Only death benefits from social security if the person worked
