I'm going to try to be very nice as possible on this review stay positive Deborah! The positive side and the only positive side I have about legal aid is it is some free advice that's it! The lawyer I have this time that's representing my case his name is Samuel Jones he seems very uninterested in winning the case it doesn't matter how much I have proof of my situation he seems to me that he works for the plaintiff instead of the defendant... In my case Matlock would be a better lawyer!
Latrice Monroe
The absolute worst! They Never contacted me after saying they did. So basically what they had me do pertaining to my case was pointless!!

Well, the phone Did ring. Yet No... surprise the online email does Not work folks. 🧐 And admittedly, between Healthcare.gov, IRS.gov and Now Legal Aid-NC their non working websites compel me to believe the managers have collective IQ of a Moonpie. Utterly pathetic for 2022. 🤔🤔🤔
lon blaze
I waited 30 minutes and they referred me to a lawyer. Not useful to me.

First of all you need to talk to a lawyer and have lawyer drugs the paperwork between you and your brother if there's a mortgage Mortgage Company and if there is man is not yours you need to get in touch with the person that owned the land and once you do that he got to have a letter certified by you twice one for the light company one for the water company are there everything will be legal thank you I I mean to say draw up paperwork with a lawyer I'm sorry about.
You should make an appointment with Legal Aid for proper information. Also if you are renting you should contact your landlord about the situation, (if you haven't already ), also contact the power company about your situation, sometimes they are willing to work with you till your problem is repaired by sending an adjusted monthly average use bill. If you have a mortgage on the home you would be responsible for any repairs needed, but the power company may still work with you while the repairs are being made.
Not really sure
You would need to talk to someone there, Make an appointment and be sure to take all proof of income, including but not only tax forms filed. They also focus on certain types of cases. The way I view it is they only have so much funding and personnel. They have to seriously help the most persons that qualify and have life needs. With that they have to choose cases that do not cost the most time, money, and personnel than certain types of other cases. Often many may seriously be life and death or issues that would cause major harm especially to persons if something dies not get done ASAP as well. Even more things have to be weighed. If they run out of funds, they can’t do anything. It doesn’t hurt to talk to them or go in(they have done brochures that explain some issues, Someone may be able to explain more in depth. This is done one looking in from the outside. It has to be real hard for anyone that works there to make such tough decisions about cases. God bless-Prayers
That person can request further assistance from their lawyer that was on retention for the trial, or release that lawyer and hire a new one.

Legal Aid of North Carolina in Fayetteville does not handle family law matters.
Defiantly need to see a lawyer on that situation, it all depends on what was in the rental contract. You might want to consider talking to the property owners about taking over the monthly payments if you really like the place.
You need to make an appointment with a family lawyer to get what you need as far as legal assistance.
I'm not a lawyer, so I can't give advice, so you definitely need to talk to a lawyer, but from you have said, the tenant has legal right to own the home, but if they are not paying land fees you can tell them to move the mobile home to another location.
For the 8 days you were there if you were month to month
Just go to the court house and get it register of deed call them
Safety first changed the locks her lawyer should get the paperwork if he is known to be violent
