I just renewed my lease for another year again! Honestly I love my apartment, it’s so calm and I like that it only has less than 100 units. Ashlyn from the beginning has been such an amazing manager. Responds fast and is very understanding. I haven’t had any issues with the management, the only negative side that maybe most of the tenants will agree is the parking but besides that it’s a gated apartment 😌

I saw there wasn't a lot of fresh reviews so I figured I would leave one. This is probably the best apartment we have ever lived in. We love living here and have been here for about 3 years now. Ashlyn is an amazing leasing agent and does so much for the community. The community is gated, clean and typically quiet. There is also a nightly patrol. Our units are very nice and for the area very fairly priced. The 1 and ONLY complaint I would have is that sometimes the main street is too loud but thats honestly ignorable and not much can be done about it. They offer 1, 2 and 3 bed apartments, the 3 bed being cottages and have less than 100 units making it a very small and quiet community. I love living here and can't wait to transfer to a bigger apartment!

While making a busy move from the Bay Area working and tending to my 5 year old “Ashlyn” made the transfer very easy! Great communication and transparent with apartment. Priceless definitely deserve 5 stars!

If you have kids stay do not rent here. Not safe. HUGE HOMELESS BUMS PROBLEM. management is nice and all but says to call police but the real problem is that the apartments have really short fences so even if the gates were closed the bums just jump over. i have witnessed this alot when i lived here. the real solution is to build taller fencing but will this ever be done? ya right! Hey mr. owner this part is for you. I hope you realize that alot of residents cannot stand the bums they see digging through the trash daily but are afraid to tell you. by ignoring this issue your apartments have quickly gained a reputation as very ghetto trashy apartments. this will eventually hurt your bottom line. heres some free advice. build a tall fence and make sure bums stay the hell off your property. if you dont you will end up getting the lowest quality renters. decent people will read these reviews and think twice. your welcome. Also. If the fence issue is fixed i will adjust my review accordingly.

Leatha, Thank you for your interest in Greenback Ridge! Unfortunately, I do not have any 3 bedroom homes to offer at this time, and am unsure when to expect one. When available, our 3 bed, 2 bath home with full size washer and dryer, recent renovations, vaulted ceilings, and 2 patios would rent for about $1825.
