I may not be on record but I moved in with my boyfriend about 2 years ago and ever since it’s gone down hill. There is never not construction going on. They block off the small amount of visitor parking there is to keep piles of dirt and cement that hasn’t moved for weeks. One resident in particular has 4 cars that he does not move but keeps parked inside the complex in the only available visitor parking. There’s another resident who has a transportation company for wheelchairs and he parks his vans in the handicap when there are people who are actually handicap in the complex. And there’s cop cars constantly coming in and out. Terrible place to live. Currently looking for a new place.

We wish this place would enforce rules a little better. There are always non-disabled people parking in these spots and even in the spot that’s not a parking spot at all making if difficult for those who need to get by with a walker or scooter. People are very inconsiderate here it’s very sad to see. The only other handicap spot left over to use is farther and harder to get to when you’re truly disabled.

We needed a short term apartment rental and everyone there was friendly and helpful. Our unit was recently renovated and they are doing upgrades and repairs all over the complex. It's quiet, clean, and in a nice location.
