They were so prompt to come on a service call my ac was out thay couldn't fix it on their end so Lonnie went above and beyond and brought me a portable ac unit unit the repair man could come the following day n it took less then 20 mins for my unit to cool down thanks Lonnie not to mention the respect factor you are the best !!!

terrible place and very bad staff!!!! I do not advise anyone! I'll tell you my story, we wanted to rent an apartment there, the price for a three-room apartment was $ 1787 + garbage, water and electricity. made a deposit of 250 USD, and in order to apply, we had to complete all the documents within 3 days, which we did. on the 4th day we were told that we needed some more documents and we also sent them to them, the next day we find out that we were recalculated the price, already $ 1817, referring to the fact that we did not invest in 3 days, but this not our fault, as the documents that we were asked for, we provided immediately. We were supposed to check in on June 8, they called the day before and said that we would take out insurance and open an account for the light, which we did. On June 8, they arrived to call in and then they tell us that they can’t put us in our room because they found cockroaches there! They offered other rooms that we did not like and they were not yet ready to move in, we had to wait. They talked to us as if they had cockroaches because of us !!! I was very upset, I have 3 children and I urgently needed housing! We came from Ukraine fleeing the war and every penny counts, and the administration of these apartments is not honest and they don’t want to give a deposit, although this is not our fault, but only theirs. We were ready to check in on June 8, everything was already done and the car was hired to transport things, and the insurance was paid ((((

I live here and the management is the worst. I have never felt more unsafe in a apartment community then here.I am in the process of breaking my lease do I need to say more.
