Rented a van yesterday and returned it after two hours. They checked it in today although I returned it at 4:30 while the location was still open and only drove 10 miles but they tried to charge me $99 extra claiming I drove over 130 miles. I filed a complaint and will see it through. They are unprofessional at this location and there is zero accountability and no formal check in process and inaccurate information is entered at the expense of the customer. Glad I took pics before my ride. Avoid this location

As usual, they are efficient, staff has a good sense of humor. I've used this rental service 4x now. Very clear about what you get. Sadly they didn't have a hand cart, but they didn't charge me for it.

A nice place is very helpful for my work company, because is near the transfer dump station so is close to take it back and also the employee is very kind and helpful ,the only thing is that most of the time they run out of the trailers ,because they rent them all ,probably they should have more trailers available

Rental was ok, but they said i drove 59 miles. Not a chance. 20 miles tops. I traced my route on google maps. But since i had no definitive proof they charged me and I had little recourse. I recommend everyone to carefully document their miles driven by taking photos of the dash before and after. I feel deceived.
