Maintenance is a joke. They took nearly 3 months to fix my dishwasher. Now my air conditioning has been broken for 3 weeks during the hottest month of the year. My electric bill is through the roof due to the issue. I’m furious.

First I would like to say that out of the 5 years I been here there have been repairs done, new roof, new windows, and they keep the ground beautiful, repairs are slow for inside the apartment, a bug problem when we first moved in But we took care of it ourselves, no matter where you live it will always be problem, that's apart of life, this complex have over five hundred apartments , a lot of people to service on a daily bases, I'm still waiting on some issues to be fixed In my place as well. But I'm not giving up on this complex. They have made some progress, but still more has to be done. The quality of life here Is not that bad, it's what you make of it......

The dryer hasn’t worked in months, I found a cracked window and a few other things that needs fixed. I’ve called many many times, talked to someone and left messages, nothing’s getting done. Very disappointing.

I was one of those in the fire. Almost didnt make it out. Smoke detectors did NOT work(as I was sleep). Nor did the Fire Dept Knock my door down to do a welfare check smh! Had it not been for my neighbor noticing I wasnt outside. Well you know the rest...

I ADVISE YOU NOT TO MOVE HERE.... I HAVE ONLY LIVED HERE FOR ALMOST 5 MONTHS AND I'M DYING TO MOVE OUT ALREADY, BUT I HAVE TO WAIT FOR MY LEASE TO BE UP. SCREENS MESSED UP... WHEN HEATER TURNS ON, THE HOUSE SMELLS LIKE FISH.... OUTSIDE SURROUNDINGS ARE EXTREMELY DARK... HUSBAND ALMOST FELL IN HIS WAY HOME FROM DIÁLISIS. CLOSET DOORS OFF HINGES. YOU GET CHARGED $300 REDECORATING FEE FOR WHEN YOU MOVE OUT, BUT YET WHEN YOU DO MOVE OUT YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR ANY HOLES ON YOUR WALLS, AND YOU HAVE TO GET A PROFESDIONAL TO FEO CLEAN YOUR RUGS.... A MONTH AFTER MOVING HER MY SIN AND I GOT ALL BITTEN UP IN WHICH HE WAS VERY ALLERGIC TO IT AND HAD TO GO SEE A SPECIALIST WHICH TOLD US IT WAS BED BUGS ON THE RUGS WHICH WE SLEPT ON BEFORE WE WERE ABLE TO BUY A BEDROOM SET.... I PAY ALMOST $1,400 FOR A PLACE THAT HAS NO LIGHT, NO SECURITY AND BEFORE I FORGET, MY DAUGHTER IN LAW COULDN'T IDENTIFY THE GUY THAT ROBBED HER AT GUN POINT HERE BECAUSE SHE COULDN'T SEE HIM SINCE IT'S PITCH DARK HERE..
