This is a great city park. Play area for kids three basketball courts a baseball field and a grassy field. Also has a barbecue area and in the summertime a water are.

The splash pad is very nice but the park itself is blazing hot from May-October as there is no tree coverage. Super great design and lots of stuff to do though. At times it can accumulate trash which is disappointing so you should probably bring a trash bag with you to prevent your kids from stepping on it.

This park is a whole lot better than it used to be...a whole lot of time/effort went in to the makeover. BUT...there's still a lot of "shady characters" hanging out who scare people away...at this point I personally would NOT take my kids there! Park needs to be "policed" better...
