The apartment was way too much for what we got but we needed a home asap so we settled. The water heater doesn't last longer than 15 minutes and forget doing to things at once if they need hot water. Everything else is okay, just not worth living paycheck to paycheck to live here and I know that I'm moving out as soon as our lease is up

This is absolutely, without a doubt, the best place to live in Citrus Heights! I would love to mention the Greenback Terrace Apartment Manager: Cathryn! She is absolutely fantastic and such a professional woman. She always is very accommodating and the sweetest apartment manager around. She always is able to answer all of my questions and responds in a timely manner. The apartment is kept so clean and beautiful inside, and there’s so much room. This is a perfect spot for my family and I. Our neighbors are also super nice as well. I feel so lucky to live here! P.s. it’s very peaceful to live here, and it’s located in a safe neighborhood. Not to mention almost everything you need is within walking distance! 25 minutes or less.
