Dr. Kyle Clifton is the audiologist in the Waterford Lakes area, and I would highly recommend him to anyone experiencing difficulty with their hearing! I was treated respectfully and not made to feel embarrassed by my inability to make out what other people were saying to me during conversation. He thoroughly, and in layman's terms, explained the anatomy of the ear, how our ears hear, and how our surroundings have much to do with our inability to make things out when interacting with others (listening). He also gave listening stratagies that can be used in daily life to improve the chances of picking up more auditory information. As a Speech/Language Pathologist, I can appreciate everything that Kyle did to make me feel both valued and comfortable.

I could not have asked for a better Audiologist. Dr. Clifton is the best. He patiently sat with me, and understood my situation. He is very honest, and walked me through the latest technology, and not once did I feel pressured. HIs expertise is A+++++++! I have had many audiologist in the past, but none come close to Dr. Clifton. I feel so relieved, and very secured with my decision in choosing my new hearing aids. I highly recommend Dr. Clifton, and his assistant Sylvia is a sweet heart. She is always very comforting.
