been waiting for my machine for couple of weeks. very hard to get in contact with service department and still not yet receive my machine. PLEASE hire new office with better support for clients

The service in this office is unbelievable. They never answer their phones. They have had my Kangan 8 machine for several weeks to do service. I have called this office a dozen times, left numerous voice messages, emailed, and received no response or reply. The calls get rerouted to Los Angeles, then they transfer you to Orlando and all you get is the same recording to leave a message. The Los Angeles office told me three times they would contact Orlando and call me back with some answers, but no one has contacted me. I don't know if anyone else is experiencing the same horrible service or not, but if anyone is reading this from this Enagic company, please let me know how I can get a hold of someone from the Orlando office service department to find out the status of my Kangan machine. I just need to know where my Kangan machine is and why they are not shipping it back to me. Any information or help is much appreciated.

Customer service was the worst I have ever in-counter. His English was very broken, told me wrong information. If I could give zero stars I would!

Not a scam but not really worth the time or money. The whole network marketing thing isn't the best or only way to make money. I was in it for a short time and the guy who got me into it, we had a falling out because in my opinion I don't think it's the first thing people should do to become healthy. Also, other products do nearly the same thing and you can spend the remaining couple of thousands of dollars fixing real issues around your health that can truly change your life.
