Buying the car was a good experience, but after sales? Meh. I noticed after owning the car for a few days that one of the dust caps was missing (the car was supposed to have undergone a thorough inspection before I picked it up, but this tells me otherwise…). I asked if I could have one sent to me and got a bag of cheap made in China dust caps sent to me (see photo), and 10 days after asking for something more appropriate than this I still have a missing dust cap. If a dealership can’t deal with small issues like this, what are they going to be like with larger issues? Customer service 101 (and this shouldn’t need to be pointed out) - the small things matter to customers too.

Worked with David Ash and Jaime Berry. They were quick to get everything taken care of from the very first contact when I reached out to them. Even with a couple small requests everything was in perfect order on pickup. I purchased from out of town and the entire process was the least painful car buying experience I've ever had even down to signing the paperwork. Great experience from clear and transparent pricing to vehicle walkthrough on pickup to walking out the door with the keys.
