No. We offer a few alternatives. We have a quick lube center on premise for those quick oil changes and we have a full service center with factory trained technicians as well that can provide you with any service without an appointment as well. However; we do recommend for any major service outside of an oil change and tire rotation you call...But we will get you in regardless
Yes, we have comparable vehicles to what you are driving available to all of our Ben mynatt customers for any service they require. Just be sure to request one when you come in if you need one. They are all current model year vehicles with less than 5,000 miles on them. It is the added service we give all of our Ben Mynatt customers
