So I call this place for information on their products, and the guy on the phone tells me I need to talk to an engineer about the allowable stresses on their products? I explained that what I needed was Fb, modus of elasticity, and shear values. The guy said that was over his head? Why hire people who don't know what you are selling?

No, it's 8:00 AM to 5:00PM or 6:00PM and then night shift is 6:00 PM to around 2 or 3 in the morning. Hiring for night shift currently
