Staff were extremely rude and indifferent to my situation, made me wait over 2 hours for treatment while I was in excruciating pain. No attempt was made to address any of the concerns I raised with the facility staff. What a joke!!! Stay far, far away from here, they don't care about you at all!!!!

I give 3 stars because the atention was great but the doctor jessica people was mocking me with other personal stuff about my bad pronuntiation when i say anxiety!!! So firts at all my main language is spanish but thanks GOD i am billingual even when my pronuntiation is not good!! I think that doctor jessica people has to be more respectfull and dont mocking people for any reason that is so disrespectfull period!!! So what about if she at least tryn to speak spanish and i do mocking about how her speak spanish i bet that she dont gonna like that right?? So dr jessica people you need to have a better kidness behavior with your patients because we make your pay check and also we are the persons who feed your family So just think about it next time than you tryn to mocking other latino or other race people who dont speak inglish "properlly" and be more profesional and respectfull about it!!! I really hope that your supervisor or even better your boss take care about this because you are so disrespectfull dr i never meet so like i say at least i am billingual and tryn to speak and pronunce in a better way my inglish But once again i bet you dr jessica people to speak spanish and have some one laughging or mocking you because the way you speak spanish In that way you will feel how its feel when some one have fun or mocking you because the way you pronunce spanish words 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

I really thought the whole point of urgent care is that you didn’t need an appointment. Well, don’t show up here without one. Doesn’t seem to matter when it is either. I was here when they opened. 2 people in front of me. 1 with an appointment and 1 without. Now, here I am almost 3 hours later with at least 3 in front of me. 1 had an appointment at 5:20 at another place and 1 had one at 4:00 this evening. But, hey, they had an appointment. I think maybe some training about working people in is in order.
